Ok, so my question is, Is asking your Rabbi sufficient for Heter purposes or do you have to ask a Rabbi that is a posek Nida or Posek of some sort in order to get a Heter-allowance of time for use of birth control?? Is there a form of birth control that isnt allowed besides male condoms?
you can find the answers to these questions and more at Nishmat’s excellent site on health and Jewish Law (click on the tab for “Family Planning.”)
