I agree with all this wholeheartedly. I had a date night with my husband during the early years of childrearing. My problem is, that nowadays, when I most need the timeout because my older children are more tiring and the babies are intensive… it’s the hardest to get away!!!!! I find it very hard to get a babysitter who can deal with my older children and babies at the same time. It’s hard enough for me! Any suggestions?

hi yehudit, we go out when the younger set of kids are already sleeping, and if the baby’s awake we take her with us. Would that work for you?
