  1. I would love to hear what he says- just not sure about listening if there is explicit info..if it’s possible to summarize it (if u have the time) i would really appreciate it!! this is something i for sure could benefit from

    • the explicit part is after the 9 minute mark, so I encourage you to watch the first nine minutes.It’s really fascinating stuff:)

  2. What creates TONS of mind wandering? The internet. It’s a mind wandering portal that never closes. So I think it’s wise to strictly limit your internet use for that reason only.
