  2. G-d gives us challenges because he wants us to struggle to improve ourselves. Who ever became a better person by everything being great and going smooth all the time? The ‘life sucks’ attitude is showing Hashem ingratitude for the world He created tailor made just for us. That negative outlook comes from the yetzer. G-d wants us to battle the darkness, not submit to it. Thank you for sharing and May G-d bless you and help you resolve your big problem..

  5. I took Chaya Hinda’s Jewish Positive Thinking course and it changed my life. I actually experienced a miracle regarding my “goal” that I was working on through the visualizations.

  6. Well okay, but what about a teenager that every time she thinks desperately, everything will be fine, its not and never is, how is she supposed to stay positive?
