I remember that sugar line in your book – I always remembered it! You said how you can see a woman from a distance who is off sugar and white flour – you can see a difference in her!

there are a lot of natural substitutes for sugar– stevia, honey, apple juice concentrate. A nachas-ful year to you too!!! (love that word:)
