Wow! I don’t know how you do it. This pep-talk was especially relevant to me and reflected how I often feel/think. Thank you for adding an increased dimension to my life experiences as you normally do! Hashem should bless you and your family with a healthy and safe year filled with spiritual growth!!
I remember that sugar line in your book – I always remembered it! You said how you can see a woman from a distance who is off sugar and white flour – you can see a difference in her!
Very interesting peptalk thank you Chana Jenny!
Can you explain how you do for dessert without sugar?
Great thing about Elul again thanks and may you a very peaceful and nahasful year!
there are a lot of natural substitutes for sugar– stevia, honey, apple juice concentrate. A nachas-ful year to you too!!! (love that word:)
oh, chana jenny, as usual you give just the right peptalk at just the right time!
i recently had to accept a situation, and i was very unhappy about it. tuning in to your peptalk today has put the whole thing in perspective..
you’te the best!
have a wonderful sweet new year!
