  1. Thank you Chana Jenny for your suggestions! One thing that helps me – especially when I am sleepless at night with all the things-to-do running around in my head, is simply – write them down. I keep a list going. Somehow I can sleep, knowing that I am unlikely to forget now, as they are written down. Each day that passes, I feel a sense of accomplishment as I see the tasks being done, one by one.

  2. thank you for your talk. I always learn something!I have papers from rav sheinberg zt’l where he goes thru all the items in the dining rm. and kitchen and what needs to be done and even more so not to be done. I take them out to read , usualy around rosh chodesh nissan, and reread them a couple times.

  3. I have also found that a daily probiotic helps me to keep my energy level up and thus help me stay calm.

  4. I was washing dishes and had this on in the background and suddenly was like, “Whoa, she just said hi to me!” I had to stop and rewind to see if I heard right:)
