Shira’s Request from Us
Last Friday, 2 days after losing her firstborn son, Shira Ish-Ran wrote this note imploring us parents:
“…For the sake of Amichai, me, and our Amiad Yisrael, all parents will give one more hug to their children, and will tell them that they love them, no matter what.”
OK, JewishMOMs, let’s get to it…We have some hugging and unconditional loving to do.
