This couldnt have come at a better time- I was so excited about upcoming succot holiday its my favorite- i was so focussed on being happy and baking and cooking and freezing ahead of time – and then boom -34 weeks pregnant & contractions for 2 days straight and me in the hospital erev succot with 4 kids at home -oldest being 5 1/2 and no one to help my poor husband (who i wasnt feeling sorry for at the time)….so of course I blamed my inlaws for not helping us or coming to help him for a night or even calling once i was released-(they called- but i was sleeping- turns out) i came home and made a point to be miserable until I opened this blog and laughed at myself and thanked Gd that our last hatima is hoshana raba- so better late than never- i am doing tshuva and putting in first gear all over again- happy succot to us all!!
