Sam Berns’ Philosophy for a Happy Life (12-Minute Incredible TED Talk)

Sam Berns, a Boston-area Jewish teen who was fighting against progeria, a rare genetic disease that causes accelerated aging, died this past Friday at the age of 17.
Sam strove to live his life with joy. In this video, he presents four tips to live a happy life which he filmed, incredibly, a month before his death.

  1. so sad to think his life ended already. I had seen the video without knowing that he had already died. He left a legacy even though his life was so short.
