  3. Have been re-thinking this on the opposite side. Take a “difficult situation” plus “negativity” = “feels like a DISASTER!” On the other hand, take a “difficult situation” plus “positivity” = “feels like I’m going to get through this.” For me, the positive input comes from Torah study and prayer.

  4. Negative thinking is just another habit and it becomes harder to get rid of it the longer you thought this way but believe me you can change and you can start seeing the world in a positive way.
    Believe me I know because I’ve suffered from anxiety and depression for many years.
    Only recently I’ve come across a program called the Thought Elevators program it contains some meditation techniques (I know that it may seems like BS if you are not already into meditation but at least give it a chance because it helped me tremendously)
