Thank you for taking this moment show us how we can connect the macroscopic situation of the pandemic to the “microscopic” world of the Jewish mom. Interestingly, I’ve never felt as hopeless about COVID as I have about many, many mothering issues, but even so it was very powerful for me to imagine that my ‘stuck’ Jewish mom places can disappear and shift just like this pandemic. At the end of a particularly hard mothering day this message was just what I needed to hear. As always, thank you.
