Focus on the Step in Front of You
I’m making a bat mitzvah in two days. This is my 5th and final bat mitzvah so I thought I could do this in my sleep already! And then President Biden decided to visit Jerusalem on the same day as Tsofia’s bat mitzvah! Jerusalem shuts down pretty much when US presidents visit. The Jerusalem equivalent of a major blizzard or hurricane. Figuring out how to get food, a photographer, and most importantly guests to Tsofia’s bat mitzvah is turning out to be a serious logistical challenge!
So I’m trying to do this, staying calm and focusing on just one step at a time. Wish me luck!
