9-Year-Old Girl Presumed Dead Reunited with Father
Between October 7th and the end of October, authorities believed that Irish-Israeli Emily Hand was among the 1200+ Israelis inhumanly murdered by Hamas. But then Emily’s father got the unbelievable news, that his daughter (whose mother died of cancer when Emily was only 2-years-old) was apparently alive and being held hostage by Hamas.
B”H, here is the video of their reunion last night. I’m sure I will be thinking of them the next time I recite the blessing “Mechayeh HaMatim,” the One who resurrects the dead. Thank You Hashem! Seeing all these children and mothers and grandmothers coming home is like breathing oxygen for the first time in 50 days.
