New Gross Baby Named Yehonatan Eliezer in Honor of Sisters A”H
This past Shabbat, on the 1st yahrzeit of their two daughters, Michal and Shimon Gross made a bris for their newborn son, Yehonatan Eliezer.
Proud father Shimon explained at the bris that they chose the name Yehonatan because it means “Hashem gave” and Eliezer because it means “G-d, my father, helps me,” and also in honor of their two daughters Yael and Avigail (whose names, like Yehonatan and Eliezer, started with the letters Yud and Aleph).
After the birth, Michal Gross told reporters, “HaKadosh Baruch Hu gave us a lot of strength [this past year], and thank G-d, when you give birth to a baby that is healthy and whole then you see the wonders of creation and you also learn to appreciate this great gift.”
A huge mazal tov to Gross family! May they experience only joyful events from now on!
Any update on the survivors of the Har Nof attack? Do they still need to be on a Tehillim list? I know this is off the topic, but I figure someone in Eretz Yisroel might know some details.
Chaim Yechiel ben Malka still needs our tefillos. He’s in a coma & was just moved to a rehab center.
have the others reccooperated?
Mazel Tov to the Gross family! It’s so moving to see them building up a new life without giving up.
Should they have much naches from Yehonatan Eliezer – should he grow up as a talmid chacham and true oved Hashem.
I am a nurse in one of the Intensive Care Units in Hadassah Ein Kerem and I took care of Shmuel Yerucham ben Baila and Eitan ben Sara. They have been discharged and are basically fine. Extra tefillos never hurt though! (especially for refuas hanefesh after such a trauma)
