Send a Condolence Note to Rabbanit and Rabbi Henkin
Late last Thursday night, we (along with the rest of Am Yisrael) found out about the horrific murder of Rabbi Eitam and Naama Henkin when they were returning home with their 4 young children.
Eitam’s mother, Rabbanit Chana Henkin, is the director of Nishmat where my husband has been a teacher and program director for the last 15 years or so. That means this terror attack hit very close to home. I remember newlywed Naama making announcements years ago as the Nishmat house mother and Eitam as a teenager and in more recent years as a budding Torah scholar and faculty member at Nishmat events.
Please take a moment to write a short note below (or add to the ones posted on my facebook page) to Rabbanit and Rabbi Henkin so they will know that JewishMOMs around the world are standing together with them in their time of grief. I will deliver you notes personally to the shiva…May we only share happy events from now on!
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE WHERE YOU LIVE

May HaShem quickly send the complete revelation of Moshiach Tdkeinu to repair
all our broken hearts. Yes a Jew never dies and all our Neshomas are part of
a great wholeness, but children need their parents and I pray for the children
to grow strong and full of emunah sheleimah, with the new era about to ufold.
May HaShem bless us all with the final comfort!!!

Dear Mishpachat Henkin,

To both families – parents of the holy victims and their children.
Only Hashem can offer the true comfort at this time of Tzoroh.
May He give you the strength to raise your grandchildren to walk in the ways of Torah and be a source of nachas to you, their parents, and all of Am Yisroel.
Hamokom yehachem eschem besoch shaar evlei Tzion v’Yerushalayim. May we all be celebrating together with the arrival of Moshiach speedily NOW!!!

Dearest Mishpachat Henkin:
HaMakom yenachem etchem betoch shaar avelei tzion v’yerushalayim. Words cannot do justice to soothe the void in your hearts or provide sufficient balm to lessen the pain your souls are feeling. Instead, I offer you this: my sincere assurance that as your spiritual sister, I share your pain all the way from where I live in Monsey, NY. My children, my husband and all our friends and relatives share in your pain, as do all the Jews in Klal Israel. You are not alone–your loss is our loss, your pain is our pain–Klal Israel is one, and when one Jew is lost, we all have lost our brother/sister. May we be zocheh b’mhaira b’yameinu to Moshiach Tzidkeinu, Geula Shleima, and Techiyas Hemeitim so we may all be reunited with the precious neshamas who were taken from all of Klal Israel, and never know loss or pain again.
With Love,
Tamar from Monsey, NY, Family and Friends of Klal Israel
