I thought this was an awesome metaphor for how urgent it is that we moms make space in our lives to take care of ourselves. Especially now, as we recover from the most demanding holiday for the JewishMOM–Passover.

    I recently discovered the power of going to sleep when I’m tired even if my house is trashed (guess what? mess waits for me in the morning when I have more energy!)

      That’s funny….”Self-Care” is part of my Covid prevention protocol…. “I ACED it!”

      I= I’m important too, (ie self-care)

      A=Vitamin A
      C=Vitamin C
      E=Vitamin E
      D=Vitamin D

      it=Covid (or flu, cold etc)
