Thank you for sharing with us. I also live (now) in an all religious neighborhood. I grew up though in neighborhoods that weren’t all religious, (and in the states, many non Jews). We were taught from home to be proud of our Jewishness, and feel so lucky to be part of the Jewish nation. I have been to non religious neighborhoods here in Israel for shabbat and we will always wish people outside/walking/working on their cars a Shabbat Shalom with a smile. We are all one nation.
