Elul is finally here! One of my favorite ways of connecting with Elul and going deep into pre-High-Holiday introspection is through Yocheved Rottenberg’s amazing therapeutic writing classes for Elul. I have taken many of Yocheved’s classes over the past 8 years, and they are always wonderful, healing and personally cathartic.
