While his 13 siblings were busy celebrating their own weddings, Simchale Leizerovitz dreamed of his own simcha, a hachnasat sefer torah. So his siblings and parents decided to surprise Simchale by raising the money to write a sefer torah in Simchale’s honor (as of today, they have more than passed their goal).

Very beautiful. As a mom of a young child with down syndrome, I like to keep all possibilities and aspirations open, and place no limitations on what my son will accomplish. Hashem has no limits! To this end, Simcha in the video may one day have a real wedding on top of this beautiful Torah dedication. At least there’s no reason to determine at this point that it’s instead of a wedding!
